With the latest version 8, the C# language consolidates some features of C# 7 and introduces new interesting features such as pattern matching, asynchronous streams, the debated default interface members and many more. They were introduced to match the expectations of our times: getting better performances, making code more readable and maintainable, lowering the chances of buggy code and enhancing productivity. In this session, we will focus on less trivial features, showing how an old application migrated to .NET Core 3.1 can be enhanced and made easier to maintain.
